Benjamin graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Juris Doctor Law Degree (High Merit) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2022. Prior to embarking into the legal career, Benjamin was with the Ministry of Education where he trained and supervised NIE trainee teachers. He has also taught in the Gifted Education Programme.
Benjamin’s interest lies in Intellectual Property and Corporate Law. He has assisted high-net-worth foreign companies in the commercialisation of their intangible assets in Singapore and beyond. During his training he was exposed to overseas private wealth management of high-net-worth clients. Benjamin hold the Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property (GCIP), and the Bachelor of Science (Life Sciences) with Merit both from the National University of Singapore. |
Benjamin is currently an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Practice and serves clients across various industries such as fintech, banking, and construction to name a few. He is delighted to assist foreign clients in setting up companies locally.
His years of experience as an educator allows him to hone his listening skill and the ability to explain complex legal issues to his clients. Benjamin is proficient in English and Mandarin. He also understands German and Italian, which is useful in an increasingly global environment. Outside work, Benjamin rummages through flea markets to find botanical prints to add to his small collection. |
