Strategi Advisors, a UAE-based strategic advisory firm specializing in cross-border market entry and institutional engagement, and Tito Isaac & Co LLP have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to facilitate strategic collaboration in the field of arbitration and dispute resolution across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) markets. GCC members include Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Mana Al Suwaidi, Founder of Strategi Advisors, stated, “This MOU marks an important milestone in strengthening the Singapore–UAE legal and arbitration corridor. Tito Isaac & Co LLP brings deep expertise and international credibility. Through this collaboration, we aim to create a structured and sustainable pathway for cross-border dispute resolution initiatives across the Gulf region.”
The UAE has rapidly emerged as a preferred seat for international arbitration, driven by major infrastructure projects, cross-border investments, and sovereign-backed commercial activity. In parallel, Singapore continues to rank among the world’s leading arbitration jurisdictions; and is recognised for its robust legal framework and neutrality.
Tito Isaac, Founder and Lead Lawyer of Tito Isaac & Co LLP, added, “The UAE and GCC represent strategically important markets for arbitration and dispute resolution. Partnering with Strategi Advisors enables us to engage the region through an informed, relationship-driven, and compliant framework that aligns with our international practice.”
The MOU establishes a structured framework to support Tito Isaac & Co LLP’s to be better serve clients beyond Singapore, positioning the firm as a Singapore-based partner for cross-border disputes across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.
