Lucella graduated from the University of Bristol (UK) with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court in August 2020.
Prior to her Call to the Bar, Lucella gained experience in Criminal Litigation, Civil Litigation, Construction matters and Contested & Uncontested Matrimonial matters. Currently, as an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice, Lucella’s main areas of practice extend to Criminal Litigation (including white-collar offences), Civil and Commercial Litigation.
Lucella also has experience with Mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre and State Courts Centre for Dispute Resolution. She has also assisted with several CLAS and LASCO cases as well as and represented clients both in Singapore and abroad.
Apart from Litigation, Lucella’s practice encompasses non-contentious matters such as reviewing contracts and Management Corporation Strata Title (‘MCST’) by-laws. She is currently a member of the Singapore Academy of Law and the Law Society of Singapore.
Lucella is a Trinity College London (Electronic Organ) Award recipient and was formerly the Pipe Organ Scholar for 3 years in Bristol. In her spare time, she boxes and jams to a wide variety of music.
