Property, Banking and Taxation
Ivan brings to the table a strong interest and sharp mind in the areas of property, banking and taxation matters. This was what had led him to choose his practice area of Conveyance.
As a graduate of Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree in May 2015, Ivan was subsequently called to the Singapore Bar and admitted to the roll of Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in August 2016.
Starting out at TIC as an intern in the Property Law Department, Ivan then joined Tito Isaac & Co LLP in January 2016, initially as a Practice Trainee, and then as an Associate after being called to the Bar.
Notable Work & Accolades
- His stint serving at Singapore Land Authority has positioned him very well to advise clients in their property matters.
- He has also drafted tenancy agreements as well as a tax advice pursuant for a potential Merger and Acquisition of companies.
An alumnus of SMU, Mr Ivan Lee has been appointed to the Practice Advisory Panel of The School of Law, Singapore Management University, from April 2021 to March 2023. Members of the Panel may offer input on the Law Faculty’s curriculum, give talks to students, or contribute to courses offering industry exposure.
