Linisha read law at the University of Manchester and was called to the Singapore bar in 2016. During her training period, Linisha was trained in general litigation.
Since entering the legal profession, Linisha has actively practiced general litigation, with a focus on insurance law. She has conducted trials as first chair in the State Courts, and apart from that she has experience with various contested hearings at both the State Courts and High Courts. She has also assisted in Appeals at both High Court and Court of Appeal levels
Linisha’s areas of practice are insurance and commercial disputes which include arbitration and white collar crime. Another growing part of her legal practice is the area of information privacy. She holds the qualification Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E).
