Dinesh graduated from the University of Leeds with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2015. He pursued his Masters in Information Technology and Intellectual Property under the European Legal Informatics Study Programme (EULISP) culminating in a joint LLM from the University of Hannover and the University of Oslo in 2016. Dinesh was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2018.
During his traineeship, Dinesh was exposed to a broad range of litigation work. Thereafter, he took up the responsibility of being the sole legal researcher at one of the Big 4 auditing firms that was leading the project on the Variable Capital Companies (VCCs) Act. Researching on investment fund vehicles similar to the VCC in leading fund jurisdictions allowed him to provide feedback to the government body overlooking the project.
Prior to joining Tito Isaac, Dinesh practised as an Associate focusing on VCCs and had assisted clients on the set up of VCCs especially during the VCC pilot programme. Dinesh also has experience in the setting up of Single-Family Offices (SFOs) in Singapore.
