In 2018, Vaithieis received her LLB from the University of Tasmania, graduating in the top 30% of her cohort. She was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2021.

Prior to her Call to the Bar, Vaithieis assisted in contentious criminal matters in both the State Courts and High Court. She then ventured into Civil Litigation practice while she was a trainee lawyer, where her scope of support encompassed both contentious and non-contentious matters. These included but were not limited to matrimonial disputes. 

Currently as an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, Vaithieis aims to serve her clients with personalized solutions to best suit their needs. 

Contributing back to the community has always been one of Vaithieis’s goals. As such she has participated in Pro Bono initiatives during her school holidays when she was back in Singapore.

During her leisure time, Vaithieis destresses by dancing or doing yoga. Apart from that, she also enjoys hunting down local gems that serve unique and scrumptious food.
