Hien Fhong commenced his legal career as a practice trainee at a litigation firm, where his work focused on insurance, personal injury and civil litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as in-house counsel and Data Protection Officer with a leading non-profit healthcare organisation, advising on commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, data protection and institutional collaborations.

Healthcare Administration

Before commencing his legal career, Hien Fhong spent more than a decade in healthcare administration, overseeing healthcare subventions and subsidy administration, funding governance, operational controls and stakeholder coordination.
