​Chester graduated from the University of Leicester with a 2nd Class Honours (Upper) in Bachelor of Laws in 2011 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2014.

 
Broad Legal Experience

Chester commenced his legal career as an associate with KhattarWong LLP and was trained in the areas of conveyancing and property, corporate and commercial law. Chester was also exposed to a broad range of litigation work, including matters of criminal, family and civil law. Chester was promoted to Senior Associate in 2019 with Withers KhattarWong LLP. In 2025. Chester joined Tito Isaac & Co LLP as a Consultant, making him one of the youngest in Singapore to be appointed this position.
