LEGAL PRACTICE

Hazali graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Singapore University of Social Sciences and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2026 after completing his practice training with Tito Isaac & Co LLP. During his training, he assisted in a broad range of matters including litigation, criminal law, commercial disputes, probate and estate matters, and arbitration proceedings.

POLICE CAREER

Before entering legal practice, Hazali served in the Singapore Police Force for about 17 years, holding various operational and leadership appointments. His last appointment before leaving service is as a Deputy Team Leader, leading a team of 18 officers. His extensive experience in frontline investigations, operations, and public service provided him with a practical understanding of the legal system, analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex and high-pressure situations.

VOLUNTEERING

Outside of work, Hazali is also a volunteer as an Appropriate Adult under the Appropriate Adult Scheme administered by Care Corner Singapore, assisting young persons during police interviews.
