Legal Qualifications

Jacob graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Juris Doctor Law Degree and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. 


Wills and Trusts

Prior to being in legal practice, he was a Legal Counsel in a licensed trust company assisting in a range of work relating to wills, trusts, and compliance matters. 
 

Litigation and Family Law

Jacob’s legal practice experience spans general litigation and family law. 


Reported Cases
 
Notably, he has assisted his lead counsel in securing favorable outcomes in two reported cases: XAD v XAE [2024] SGFC 54 and MCST Plan No. 2902 v Tan Siew Kuan [2025] SGSTB 1.
