QUALIFICATIONS

Sarinder graduated from the Singapore University of Social Sciences with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

CRIMINAL DEFENCE AND FAMILY LAW

Sarinder's primary areas of practice are criminal defence and family and matrimonial law. She has experience handling a range of matters, including criminal proceedings, divorce and ancillary matters, as well as proceedings before the Syariah Court.

Sarinder has regularly appeared before the State Courts, Family Justice Courts and Syariah Court, and has assisted in criminal proceedings before the High Court.

Recognising the personal and often sensitive nature of these matters, Sarinder is committed to guiding clients through the legal process with clarity, diligence and empathy.

LITIGATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Sarinder's practice also encompasses civil and commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and probate and estate matters.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Prior to entering the legal profession, Sarinder accumulated approximately 15 years of experience in corporate and management roles. Her professional background has equipped her with valuable skills in client relations, negotiation and problem-solving, which she brings to her legal practice.
