Sebastian graduated from the Singapore University of Social Sciences with a Juris Doctor (Honours) and a Bachelor of Social Work (Merit). He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2026.

Insurance & Liability
Sebastian has experience in personal injury and motor claims, including work undertaken on behalf of claimants. His practice encompasses insurance, liability and related disputes, including personal injury, motor claims and corporate liability matters.
Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Sebastian handles civil and commercial disputes, defamation, family and criminal matters, Personal Protection Orders, Protection from Harassment Act matters, Deputyship and Mental Capacity, and Probate and Administration.
Prior to entering legal practice, Sebastian worked as a Social Worker at a Family Service Centre, providing mediation, casework and counselling to individuals and families facing complex social and legal issues. He has over six years of experience as an Accredited Social Worker, having begun his social work career in 2019 and obtained accreditation in 2020. His experience includes matters involving family violence, children with special needs, mental health, neighbour disputes, housing and hoarding issues.
Sebastian offers an empathetic and trauma-informed approach to client care. His social work background informs his work in dispute resolution and client representation, particularly in matters involving complex personal and family circumstances.
Digital & Technology Law
Sebastian advises on legal and regulatory issues arising from artificial intelligence, data privacy, digital rights, digital technologies, internet governance and emerging technology.
He has international experience in law and technology policy, including representing Singapore in international and regional discussions concerning criminal law risks arising from emerging digital technologies, cyber harms, digital rights and internet governance. He has also contributed to international policy discussions and drafting policy recommendations through the Internet Governance Forum.
