Zaihirat Banu Codelli, a seasoned business leader, navigates adeptly through any business and legal complexities. With boundless energy and a highly driven attitude, she undertook a mid-career switch to serve the corporations, community and individuals as an advocate and solicitor. She primarily focuses on dispute resolution (including arbitration and mediation), corporate and commercial matters, estate planning (including wills and probate), family law and Syariah law matters (including Islamic finance). 

Prior to joining Tito Isaac & Co LLP, Zaihirat has over 20 years of solid experience in strategy, business development, and dealings conducted across various corporate settings, both in cross-cultural and international domains. She has served on various boards, advisory committees and panels, including government agencies. She has been invited to be a speaker at various forums and conferences including the Korean Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (Seoul, Korea) and the International Emmy® Awards (New York, USA). 
 
Beyond her professional commitments, Zaihirat’s love for reading, movies and travel quenches her ultimate passion for learning and seeking new experiences in life. She dedicates time for volunteer efforts by participating in fundraising efforts and mission trips to aid those in need.  ​
